Imperial Pastry Stout made with excellent caramelized and roasted malts, matured on cocoa nibs and laminated coconut. Creamy and dense in the mouth, a beer of great complexity to enjoy in the best company.

Very small, fleeting tan head over black beer, pouring utterly viscous. Sweet, sweet chocolate, cocos. Bounty bar, hints of ethanol. Bounty bar, chocolate and cocoa. Faint roasted hints, breadcrust, vanilla. Very chewy, oily; smooth thanks to the lactose. Medium carbonation. Pastry, but still drinkable. Not a "quaffing" beer for sure. Txs to Stef!
