When selecting barrels for this Saison blend, they just wanted more. More flavour, more funk, more everything; and they found themselves gravitating toward ester forward barrels, with very traditional Saison flavour characteristics. Fruity and peppery, it's unmistakably Belgian in profile, but with the unique house Brettanomyces character Trial & Ale are known for. This blend truly is more. Despite the bigger ABV dragging it into the Imperial range, no trace of heat or alcohol can be found on the palate, which leaves more room for the mouthfeel to shine through. The long, slow fermentation processes, barrel care, and specific blending choices are all responsible for the delicate nature of the overall profile.

Super sour tons of citrus and stone frui. Medium full body. Just over the top to much.
