Sour Hazy IPA - Project Maisel 2024
Our Maisel & Friends Sour Power has a juicy yellow color with a fine-pored head. The “haziness” is almost reminiscent of freshly squeezed orange juice. The fruity, tart fragrance enchants the nose from afar and is reminiscent of citrus, passion fruit, grapefruit, peach, gooseberry and redcurrant. As soon as the first sip touches the taste buds, the sour power becomes palpable. The combination of a creamy-soft mouthfeel and a subtly tart touch brings an incredible freshness to the Sour Hazy IPA. A fruit basket of flavors unfolds in the mouth and offers an interplay of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and mango as well as sour-sweet fruits such as currants and gooseberries. Every sip leaves the beer connoisseur with a wow. With our Maisel & Friends Sour Power, the perfect beery refreshment awaits you.
Hops: Galaxy, Kazbek, Comet.
