Hazy pale blond colour with soapy head. Quite aromatic and happy. Thin bodied. Nice mix of hop and sour.

Tart-ish, fruity hoppy and slightly wheaty malty aroma, hints of quince. Taste is tart-ish, fruity and sweet-ish, pale and minimally wheaty malty, hints of quince, a touch of unripe peach, subtle sweetness. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium, soft to flat carbonation. Mild tartness, very refreshing - nice.

Sweetish, minimally sourish, quite fruity-floral aroma of lemon peel, pineapple, passion fruit and hints of gooseberry. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, rather fruity-floral taste of lemon, pineapple, gooseberry and passion fruit, followed by a short, slightly tart, moderately bitter and a little dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid.
