This delicious sour presents a harmony between yeast and lactic acid. Passion fruit, mango, and pineapple puree is added at the end of fermentation to give this brew a fruity finish that is balanced with sea salt. Papi Mango is hopped with Magnum and Sorachi Ace and malted with pale, wheat and oats.

440ml. Hazy yellow colour, not much head. Some mango and tartness in the nose. Light-bodied. Sweetish soda pop -like mango, light tartness and fruityness. Not much to talk about...

Can (from KCM Kivihaka, Vasa). Hazy orange colour, small white foamy head,which leaves some lace. Aroma is mango, some mild rubbery and grainy tones. Flavour is mango, some peach, a bit floral, nectary and a bit sweet malty tones.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy yellow, small head. Candyish pineapple and mango aroma. Very sweet with some citric acid. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Artificially sweetened mango soda. Sharp finish.
