Using our flagship ale as a base, we put an even more nostalgic twist on our style-defining brew; simulating your favorite childhood classic. The only difference? You don’t have to chase down the ice cream man. Cali Creamsicle features hints of vanilla and a distinct citrus cream flavor that finishes slightly sweeter than it’s Cream Ale counterpart. Just as refreshing, just as iconic.

Very soft and golden, pure straw coloured body with a thinnish pure white head that stays afloat for a while. Aroma of light coffee, nuts, white chocolate, grain and a dash of deeper malts, but tons of sweet notes throughout. Light-bodied; Strong white chocolate and coffee notes dominate with a lot of flavours for a smooth and easy-drinking malt-forward beer that shows some very mild alcohol notes, a hint of chocolate and a lot coffee notes. Aftertaste shows the deeper coffee, white chocolate and grainy notes with a lot of malts, some smooth sugars and a good deal of flavours, especially for the easy-drinking nature. Overall, a nice and very crisp, yet easy-drinking beer with a ton of flavours, yet remains a nice option, especially in the summer heat pretty much anywhere - from California to Utah! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Bullwinkle's Liqour Store in West Yellowstone, Montana on 29-July-2020 for US$1,67 sampled in my hotel room here in Salt Lake City, Utah on 04-August-2020.

7/4/2020. Can from Beer Republic online store. Pours clear golden with an average size white head. Aroma is vanilla, creamy custard, lemon puff biscuit, ice cream soda. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Sweet, creamy, vanilla finish. Not a style I’ve been much of a fan of but this was enjoyable.

Minimal off white head sat on a translucent light copper coloured still body. Sherbet & vanilla aroma. Medium bodied, sharp over the tongue with a creamy back & tingle down the throat. Vanilla, sherbet, Coca-Cola, confectionery & cream soda tastes.

Vanille ist in der Nase deutlich wahrzunehmen. Im Antrunk ebenso, dann Malz, cremig, leicht süß, passt.

Can at Craft House in Dana Point. Clear golden pour with thin bright white head. Aroma is cream soda with a big of sweet cornflake underneath. Taste is on the edge of being too vanilla, but doesn’t go to far I think. Very sweet but smooth and creamy as you’d hope. Decent earthy grassy bitterness. Crisp palate despite sweet creaminess. Quite good.

On tap at Puff n Stuff in robinson. Clear pale with a nice head. Creamy taste fer sher. Smoother than most vanilla beers, seems to be balanced little better. Tho I don't typically like vanilla beers, I found this one acceptable.
