Kalaravintoloiden kanta-asiakkaiden kanssa suunniteltu raikas ja west coast tyyliin humaloitu suodattamaton kesäinen pils. Valmistettu 100% Pehkolan Mallastamon extra pale pils maltaasta. Kuten kaikissa Mallaskosken pohjahiivaoluissa, myös tässä käytetty panimon omaa lager hiiva kantaa, joka tuo makuun hentoa hedelmäisyyttä. Aromihumalana oluessa käytetty perinteistä Chinook lajiketta, jonka ominaiset greippiset ja havuiset aromit täydentävät makuelämyksen.

The beer poured clear and golden with a huge foam that really did not want to settle. Candy notes, malts, honey and faint hops. Not the easiest to drink, and felt a bit dull. Maybe not in best shape.

A golden beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has grain and fruitness of lemon. Taste has grain and citrus, also some bitterness. Almost medium bodied. Pretty ok.

Bottle (from KCM Ideapark SJK). Hazy golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is peach, some nectar, citrus and mild bready tones. Flavour is floral, some nectary and a bit ctrus tones with some bready elements as well.
