Big white lasting head laves lacing on glass. Hazy yellow body. Neutral chalky aroma with faint vegetable notes. Dry papery carroty taste with faint acidity. Mid-bodied. Aftertaste has faint spicy gingery notes. It’s drinkable. (0.5l bottle at Brauhaus Wolpertinger, Goslar.)

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a lively and lacing white head. Aroma of yeast and cardboard. Thin and watery, lightly tart with a cardboardish edge. No bitterness. 260208

The bottle looks really good. But the beer is terrible. Much too sourish, it’s not easy to empty the glass of this. Not a good beer.

Süßlich-herber Nachgeschmack. Für eine Alkoholfreies definitiv gelungen! Test vom 10.6.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,8,8,7,10,8 - 8,35

Bottle. Bready, metallic aroma. Cloudy copper colour, small unstable head. Very bready flavour with a metallic feel to it. Not directly unpleasant, but way too bready. The mouthfeel is OK and wheaty.

Bottled. Hazy, well-carbonated orange beer with a large, dense, lasting white head. Very malty and grainy aroma, yet with good room for the banana and cloves. The flavor is weaker on the hefe-weissbier flavors, but some banana, citrus, spice and yeast-notes can be found behind the grainy flavor. Lightly cloying, medium body with a grainy and fruity finish. This must be the first (almost) N/A beer I can appreciate, but of course I prefer the normal version. (060730)

Bottle. Creamy white fully lasting head. Yellow colour, but too muddy (huge particles). Week yeasty aroma, but it actually tastes of hefeweissen. It is surprisingly creamy, and soft carbonated.
