Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours cloudy dark golden with huge white head. Aroma is grain, lemon, honeydew melon, lime zest, black tea leaves and hints og yeast and Vegemite. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and very acidic. Body is oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is astringent but with pleasant notes of lime, lemon, apple cider vinegar, tea and hints of melon. Very crisp and refreshing.
