--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy chestnut brown, mid sized head. Spicy nose with cinnamon, cloves and toffee. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Toffee, ginger and cinnammon, dark berries. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Very deep hazy brown colour with a small beige head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is cinnamon, some clove and a bit sweet malty and chocolaty tones. Flavour is a bunch of Xmas spiciness with some slight tart berries, roasted and mild sweet malty and toasted tones. Spiciness stays also in the aftertaste.

ABV: 6.0%. Hazy dark brown colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, spicy, anis - star anis, cherry, xmas spices. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, all spice, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, spicy, anis - star anis, cherry, xmas spices, lactose touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240327]

Draught @ Aarhus Bryghus. Pours hazy dark brown with a tan head, some light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, light dark chocolate, cocoa, light wood, light tart cherries. Flavor is light sweet, very light fruity tart, roasted malt, cocoa, light sweet and light tart cherries. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light sweet light tart fruity finish. 021123
