Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, dark fruit, toasted - roasted - chocolate, barrel, bourbon, raisin, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, dark fruit, sweet malt, barrel, bourbon, raisin, dried fruit, caramel - toasted - chocolate. Bottle from Drik. Black with brown head. Bruleéd caramel, bourbon, chocolate, slight roast. A bit boozy but sweetness balances out. Heavy hitter.

Sample from bottle at Pien, Helsinki. Poured almost black in color, no head. Aroma is boozy, plums and soaked raisins. Soft smooth mouthfeel, warming dark fruity flavors.

(Bottle, 0.375l - a sample, at Pien Shop, 20231104) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had dark chocolate, wood, vanilla, vineousness, prunes and alcohols. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, vanilla, burnt malts, vinous notes, sweetness, alcohols and bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, vinous notes and bitterness. A complex and tasty brew with high ABV.

Sample from the bottle at Pien, Helsinki. Color is very dark brown with small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, bourbon, some Cacao... pretty balanced and very tasty.

Fairly thick, oily, sweet, boozy. Caramel and chocolate, nice barrel presence. Smooth, rich, very nice.
