Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grass and hay up front with a bit of sweet hay supporting. Flavor has hay throughout with a bit of straw growing and a grass bite in the finish.

12oz can at Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour with a sturdy white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy. Taste is biscuity malts with a slight dryness. Crisp and clean and super tasty.
