Traditional saison flavors of stone fruit and white wine grapes are further accentuated by a subtle dry hop dose of Simcoe and Nelson. Take Sanctuary in getting to the bottom of the glass.

Taster at the brewery. Clear, pale golden pour, thin white head. Aroma seemed a little off, medicinal, band aid. Taste gets better, sweet. Bready, mild savory notes

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice spice pepper notes some candy sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet candy notes some grain and spice.
