Only in the realm of imagination, where the boundaries of reality blur, lies a Sapphire Rose. Its petals, an impossible blend of sapphire blue and delicate rose hues, symbolize the allure of the unattainable.
Crafted with New Zealand’s scenic landscapes in mind, Sapphire Rose is an IPA that captures the essence of a captivating land. It combines the unique characteristics of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Wakatu hops, with each contributing to a harmonious and novel flavor profile. Nelson Sauvin hops impart the essence of white grape, Waimea adds a hint of citrus zest and woody undertones, and Wakatu hops complete the experience, bursting with the richness of mixed tropical fruits.
Sapphire Rose is a journey into the unknown. Each sip welcomes you to wander through the landscapes of imagination to explore realms that exist beyond the tangible. We hope you enjoy the journey as much as we do.

Juicy and thick. Almost akin to a fruit smoothie. Incredible. Especially considering how it’s not sweet in the slightest. Phightens taking on the Mariners.

Pours a hazy, light banana-orange smoothie color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows, with some sweetness underlying. Mild to moderate hop bitterness at the finish. Soft mouthfeel.
