DOOMSDAYER’S HOLIDAY - DRY STOUT - 4.20%
Doomsdayer’s Holiday was brewed with a blend of English barley, pale chocolate malt, roasted malt and flaked barley. Our dry stout was hopped in the kettle with East Kent Goldings and Perle then open-fermented with our house pub ale strain.

🍫☕️ We get notes of dark chocolate s’more and espresso on this silky smooth sessionable stout.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour, wispy cream colored head. Roasty malt aroma, burnt toast. Taste is roasty, coffee-ish, dark chocolate and dry. Very minor sweetness.

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark, but clear against strong light, brown with a decent creamy tan head. Aroma is floral with dark malt. Med body. Flavor is somewhat complex. Dry but tmavy malty. Lightly bitter. Floral, malty, earthy. Light chocolate note towards finish. Extremely tasty.
