Doomsdayer's Holiday is our take on a traditional dry stout. Brewed with English pale malt, tons of silky flaked barley, chocolate and roast malts, this dry little stout was then hopped with Styrian Golding and Saphir hops before being fermented cool with our favorite English pub yeast and naturally carbonated. Smooth and familiar.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour, wispy cream colored head. Roasty malt aroma, burnt toast. Taste is roasty, coffee-ish, dark chocolate and dry. Very minor sweetness.

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark, but clear against strong light, brown with a decent creamy tan head. Aroma is floral with dark malt. Med body. Flavor is somewhat complex. Dry but tmavy malty. Lightly bitter. Floral, malty, earthy. Light chocolate note towards finish. Extremely tasty.
