On tap at the brewery pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose rich roast malts some smoke and a little ash. Taste is more of the nice smoke notes roast grain and a touch of ash.

Taster pour at SRB taproom. Dark brown pour, clear, fine ring of head. Malty aroma with light smoky notes . Taste is ashy, campfire, light sweetness.
