We thought, we fought, we took votes, we did blind tastings, we did sniff tests and lab tests, color tests and speed tests. After months of conversation with our friends at Ravenna & Alvarado Street, nostalgia for the bygone days of a more see-through beer has won. This year, 3-Way IPA is a WEST COAST STYLE IPA.
2022 3-Way IPA is an explosion of juicy fruit flavors. With all the bright clarity of a West Coast IPA and a rich, smooth texture, it retains a perfect, creamy white head through all the sips.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Hazy orange gold color. Rocky beige head. Fragrant citrus hop nose leans toward fresh grapefruit, orange and pineapple. Flavor upfront is juicy mango, melon and sweet pineapple. Some dankness in middle. Added notes of stone fruit and peach. A bit of pine on backend. Delicious.

On tap at Selah Springs, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out overripe stone fruits, some dank hops, tropical fruits, and light pine. Flavour is quite fruity, with lots of overripe stone fruits, tropical fruits, and a little dankness. A bit too pithy and muddled, but has a nice stone fruitiness to it. Decent.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet over ripe citreus juice. Taste is more of the citrus forward and a juice kick.

On tap at Nebulous. Pours a bright but very hazy pale yellow orange hue with a large white head. A big soft bready and citrus nose. Peach, tangerines, toast, very soft. Awesome stuff.
