What’s better than beer? Beer on a Pier, of course. There aren’t many places in the Pacific Northwest where you can go out on a pier and drink to your heart’s content. Which is why we made our own Beer Pier.
In 2019, when we opened up on the Astoria Waterfront and began renovating the labeling facility that had been there for decades to better suit the needs of a production brewery, our first priority was finding the answer to this question: “where are we going to have a shift beer after this?”
Well, problem solved. Come down and pour yourself a Beer Pier Pilsner and get ready for summer on the water.
Appearance: As clear as 78% of Astoria’s August 3rd’s since 1980. That is to say – pretty clear.
Aroma:Classic pilsner aroma, faint citrus, bright honeysuckle and bits of cracker.
Flavor:Light bready sweetness on a clean, crisp backbone of high carbonation. Light, bitter finish.
