Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity with nice apricot, cherry and green grape notes. Hints of lemon and oak. Light grain notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a slightly hazy, golden straw color with a small, thin, white head that recedes quickly to the edges and disappears. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a light sweetness and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light apricot, cherry and green grape notes. Hints of oak and lemon. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, another solid SARA saison. Nice fruit notes from the fermentation. Solid barrel character and nice malt notes. Hop notes were light, but complimentary in both aroma and flavor.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is mineral, yeast, oak, lemon zest, floral. Slick body, mineral, lemon, wood, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Sample at De Garde 10th Anniversary. pale yellow pour with an airy white head. Aroma starts with farmhouse yeast with earthy notes, cereal and some barrel. Taste is savory, yeasty, grassy, light herbal notes. Zippy little number.
