This is essentially a blend of Past Remembered, our aged hop Saison (SARA's Cellar exclusive in 2022) and Barrel-aged Summer Sapling, our Belgian-style Hoppy Blonde ale, that saw considerable time in barrel. This beer is particularly subtle and nuanced, and we think you'll really appreciate its understated touch.
