Kümnest poeõllest üheksa on pilsner-tüüpi õlled, pastöriseeritud, filtreeritud – ja elutud. Raasiku Pilsner on tüüpiline saksa pilsner, kuid Raasiku Õlletehasest väljub see pastöriseerimata kujul. See on ehe jook, mis võiks vahutada kannudes ka mõnes Baierimaa bierstubes, kus vilgas ettekandja liigub saalis ringi, kümned rasked kannud näppude vahel rippumas. Raasikul kasutatakse erilisi pilsneri-linnaseid ja kahte liiki humalaid. Õlu on helekollase värvusega, tunda on meeldivat humala aroomi, ehtsa õlle maitset. Kerge Pilsner on hea janukustutaja. Käärib joogiks 30 päevaga.

Õlu on saanud 2017aastal tiitli KSK õllekluubi “Parim kerge käsitööõlu Eestis 2017a.”

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Malt and light mineral aroma. Mineral and malt flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Mineral and malt linger with light spice.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

330ml bottle from Stockmann. Pours yellow, clear and withs ome white foam. Grainy husky and sour nose. Tastes the same way, pretty bad overall, no reason to finish it.

Bottled (Late Feb tasting MT & KS). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, bready malts and some slight grassy and herbal notes. Flavour is grainy, bready malts, some slight herbs and mild sweetness to it. A bit bulky though.

Draught @ Pörgu. Sweet and buttery aroma with some mellow grassy hops. Flavour has lots of butter, some grass, grainy malt and hints of grassy hops. Also some hayish feeling in the finish. Very close to a German helles. At the end of the glass grassy hops rise and turn this closer to a pils. Unfortunately some metallic iron notes do occur at that point too.

Tap @ Põrgu, Tallinn. Pours golden with off-white head. The head stays for a second. Aroma is malty and grainy. Flavor is sweet, malty, grainy and slightly metallic. Overall: not bad for the light lager.

40cl on tap at Õllesummer. Slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Mild grainy aroma with grassy notes and hints of citrus and yeast. Moderate sweet with some acidity and a light bitterness. Okay, but hardly interesting.
