Bottle 500ml. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Kormoran Irish Beer ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, bread, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. @Ulfborg Scooper. Clear, dark red brown. Light beige head. Roasted aroma, coffee notes perhaps. Sweet flavour, roasted, malty, slightly bready.

Bottle, 6.5%. Dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is light roasted malt, caramel, chocolate and a little bread. Flavour is light roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, medium sweet, little bread, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, dark malt and light caramel. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. Seems more like a Mild Ale than a Dunkel to me. 040317

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, nuts, hops and has a nice smooth finish.

Barwa ciemnobrunatna, lekko przebłyskuje na rubinowo, piana beżowa, drobna, całkiem obfita, szybko opada. W aromacie paloność, ciemna kawa, trochę karmelu i zboża. W smaku dość słodkie, karmelowe, kawowe, zbożowe. Goryczka niska do średniej, przyjemna, wysycenie trochę za wysokie, treściwość średnia. Przyjemne, całkiem ciekawe, jednak odrobinę za słodkie.

Piwo ciemne, nieprzejrzyste z rubinowymi refleksami. Piana beżowa bardzo nietrwała, szybko opada. Aromat przypalonej skórki od chleba oraz kawy. W smaku kawa, wyraźne nuty palone. Posmak cukrowy. Goryczka średnio przyjemna.
