Head Case is the first in the series to feature our new crop year of Citra and Galaxy hops, which are both showing really strong stone fruit, tropical fruit, citrus, and ripe berry notes. Utilizing a “cool-pooling” technique to preserve non-volatile hop flavor compounds, we are able to extract maximum mid-palate flavor and aroma, while not pulling through any additional bitterness, resulting in a super soft, smooth finish.

Can. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Tropical fruit aroma. tropical fruit and light orange flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and light orange linger.

Murky peach with a medium sized foamy white head. Sweet with pine, citrus, tropical fruit and a bit of earthiness. Medium finish. Moderately full bodied.

On tap at BitterCreek, Boise Foggy bright neon orange. Classic haziness slight stinging citrus bite and great orange and tropical flavors. Smooth

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy yellow with a one finger foamy white head. Fruity aroma, part tropical, part citrus, part pine. Taste starts with a blast of citrus which quickly turns over to piney hops, before settling into ripe tropical fruit and melon. Hops bring quite a bite, and stick around on the palate for a bit.
