We looked to the past in order to peer into the future. This old school-meets-new school West Coast style IPA is super balanced with tasting notes of stone fruit, citrusy orange pith, and good old fashioned resinous pine dank. We paired up a combination of Amarillo and El Dorado hops along with Montana grown malts for big, bold flavors.

Keg at the brewery, 8/23/24. Clear amber, thin white head, good retention. Aroma of earth, floral hops, candied citrus. Taste is dank, resin, earth, hint of citrus. Lingering bitterness.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour, white foamy head. Musty aroma, wet paper, paste, not good at all. Taste comes through just fine, light malts and hops, kind of generic. Unfortunately that aroma hits just as you're going to sip. Hard to avoid. No date on can.
