Bouteille 500ml étiquetée sous le nom de "Celt Golden Crafted Ale". De couleur dorée et légèrement voilée. Nez malté de pain frais, léger de biscuits avec des notes de céréales et de miel, léger de houblon floral et hebreux avec des traces de fruits (agrumes). Mince-moyenne en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-doux ainsi qu’une texture légèrement crémeuse et aux notes huileuses. Notes mielleuses avec des traces fruitées (agrumes) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute rapidement un goût malté de biscuits, un moyen goût de pain et des petites notes de céréales rôties. Paralllèlement, l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon plutôt floral en arrière-goût et progressant vers un profil herbeux en fin de gorgée. Post-goût moyen-long et un peu sec, léger-moyen amer de houblon floral et herbeux avec quelques traces rôties.

Blond color, with small head and nice perlage. Both aroma and flavor are characterized by a clear straws, grains presence. It’s quite dry and also malty, with decent bitterness and some grassy hops. Pleasant but not mindblowing.

Clear gold beer. Short white head. Light dry palate. Creamy dry malt. Seamless join to fresh hops that impart orange and little grapefruit. Malt turns slightly soapy before the dry finish. Bitter aftertaste. Not bad.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with grassy British hops, with light piney notes. In mouth, a smooth caramel malt with faint British hops, a tad boring, but decent. LCBO bottle.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Oren. Clear golden. Aroma of grainy cereals and some floral hoppiness. Flavor starts sweetish and malty and continues dry and hoppy, moderately bitter with some citric notes. Medium-bodied. Enjoyable.
