Sweet Aroma lifting from creamy head on a reddish sparkle. Sweet plummy, smooth, caramel hint with a port nose, and a sharp and mouthwatering finish.

Taster. Very dark brown, medium beige head, ok lasting. Biscuity nose with some more prominent dry fruits notes. Medium bitterness, milder sweetness, slight tartness in the end. Lasting aftertaste. Lighter body. Nice one.

30/10/2021. Can shared with ITFCfan and ITFCDan. Bought direct from the brewery. Pours dark ruby brown with a large frothy beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, chocolate, roasted malt, nut, toffee, prune, touch of banana. Moderate sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy, average carbonation. Good.

Can thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours dark red-brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of prunes and light cocoa. Taste is toffee and stewed plums. Light sweet, faint roast. Bit sticky for me, but not bad.

Can from the brewery online shop. Appearance - deep brown to black with a tan head. Nose - toffee, raisins and general cakiness. Taste - prunes, raisins, toffee and again generally cakey. Palate - medium bodied, rich and lightly sticky. Still a light roastiness on the finish that cleans the palate in a relative way. Overall - lovely ale.
