Galway Girl is the title of the artwork created by Cathy Hughes, which we have decided to use as the name for our hazy IPA release. It's been brewed with Irish lager malt, and a generous helping of oats and wheat for a soft, fluffy base. The hops are the star of the show here though, with plenty of tropical, citrus, and pine notes coming from the Idaho 7 and Mosaic with a little bit of dank from the Strata. An intense and refreshing beer, enjoyable no matter how you're spending your time!

A clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of resinous hops, pine, pale malt, cellar. Taste intense resinous hops, pine needles, long bitter finish, some citrus.

Draft at the Imp and Angel, Lincoln. Lightly hazed yellow golden colour with a white head. Lemon and zesty citrus crisp. Light body.
