An aromatic, malt-driven Irish Red Ale bringing through Vienna, Munich and aromatic Caramel Malts. Aroma of biscuit, roast, caramel and dark fruits balanced by an earthy bitter tone.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber-ish, auburn colour with small, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Toasty, slightly mellow, minimally bready, caramel malty aroma, fruity hints of red berries, plum, cautious leafy, earthy aspects, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, slightly toasty, minimally bready and nutty malty, slightly fruity hoppy, hints of mandarine and orange, minimally earthy, leafy fruity undertones with a touch of dark berries. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Light, decent malty basis, nicely hopped - OK.

Bottle. Med-thin body, med-low carbonation. Mostly malt-centered, with moderate caramelly, toasted, biscuity character. Med-light metallic rusty note, a hint of roast. Med-light sweetness, medium bitterness. Drinkable, good, but not great.
