500ml bottle. Opaque, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Fruity and mildly smoky aroma with a touch of cooked cabbage, notes of lemon, quince, Mettenden, sauerkraut. Taste is slightly tart and smoky, cautious hints of lemon, a touch of sauerkraut, a good deal of papery neutrality, watery passages. Slightly discouraged, anaemic, and veggy.

0,1l taster from tap at Viva La Pinta Krakow shared with gf. very light yellow quite cloudy color (looks like apple juice), very little head. smells sour, apples, light funk, some leather. nice smell. light body, rather bubbly carbonation, very light mouthfeel. tastes of smoke, acidic, citric, light bacon, light green apples. finishes with green apples and some smoke notes. interesting one, liked the smell a bit better than the taste, for the light ABV pretty good, but probably not for everyone.

0.5l bottle. Very hazy pale yellow body, white head. Aroma of smoke, hay and some floral hops. Taste of smoke, sour grains, floral hops and bread. Ok beer, it’s just a bit weak and simple. Rating No. 800 :-)

Bouteille 50cl de The Beer Store, Warsaw. BB 28/07/2015.
