PINTA Grodziskie 4.0 7,8° - oryginalnie polskie, lekkie i jasne piwo górnej fermentacji, Jako PINTA warzymy regularnie piwo w tym stylu od 2011 roku ale poszukując ideału eksperymentujemy. Przedstawimy Grodziskie 4.0, klarowane w tanku tuż przed rozlewem do butelek i beczek. W tym piwie 100% zasypu stanowi słód pszeniczny w stylu Grodziskiem, wędzony dymem z dębu. Chmielenie wyłącznie polską odmianą Lubelski. PINTA Grodziskie gasi pragnienie. Naprawdę.

Very cloudy yellow pour. almost no head. Faint nose, a bit of lemon,lime, honey and melon. Nice mouthfeel, creamy with a nice wheat-forward body. Sweet finish, not bad, I do like the mouthfeel some brown sugar finish with some more wheat.

Bottled 500ml. -Murky yellow coloured, small white head, pleasant smoky nose. Smoke rulles here and to be honest it’s a bit artificial and aggressive. Otherwise light acidic wheaty and mild grainy with watery finish. Touch of smoked sausages in the finish. All in all interesting but....

Bottle. Pale but a bit ’dirty’ hazy colour, medium size head, but not as huge as in a hefeweizen. Aroma is dominated by smokiness similar to wood from bonefire or heavily smoked sausage; I think the beer lacks a bit more complexity in taste. Light bitterness, no sweetness. Light body and average carbonation work perfectly well for this beer. Good one, but I think Grodziskie 2.0 was more interesting.

Delikatne wodniste, jasno slomkowe z babelkami. Piana gigant jak na pinte to zadkosc. Trzyma sie sporo czasu. Nieco pszeniczne i pszenne w smaku, troche czuc w zapachu nuty wedzenia i torfu. Ale niewiele jest tych akcentow, a szkoda

Very watery taste, carbonic acid, some wheat I guess. Milky, smoky, grainy, rassy taste. Smoky aftertaste. Medium carbonation.
