Windy Pale Ale is an APA style beer. Honey blond, dry and easy to drink. Low carbonation and creamy foam. Flavors and aromas bring freshness to the beer (white fruits, passion fruit, lychee and grapefruit). Windy Pale Ale is supported by a carefully crafted and pleasantly present malted cereal base.
Bitterness is very well balanced.
