Een IPA, maar dan ondergistend. Door bij lagere temperatuur te vergisten komen de mouten en de hoppen nog beter tot hun recht. De Duitse hoppen met tonen van meloen, passievrucht en munt geven dit bier geheel eigen stijl.

Hazy pale amber colour, good frothy off-white head, good retention, patchy lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, caramel, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty backbone, lemon, grass. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, malty bittersweet aftertaste, rough mouthfeel, citrus peel, cardboard notes, nice.

Bottle.. Amber color. Grassy citric slightly herbal aroma and flavor. Even some tart notes in the flavor. Hint of caramel. Dry finish with a hint of metal. Tasty.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Coop Culemborg. Clear amber with a white head. Melon and mango aroma. Bitter taste with a bit weird but pleasant bitter finish. Not as clean as stated on the label but very nice nontheless.

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ home. Clear dark golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty with a nice hoppiness. Flavor is similar: solid malt base, nicely hoppy, malt and hop bitter finish with a light citrussy touch. Quite pleasant and refreshing.
