A East Coast IPA. Extra Pale Ale and Maris Otter malt provide the base. Wheat, Naked Oats and Caramel Pils and Dextrose added for colour and body. Cascade for bittering. Cascade, Mosaic and Idaho 7 in the Cool pool. Cascade, HBC 630 and Idaho 7 for dry hop. Fermented with our East Coast house strain.
