The Noir Stout is characterised by a dark black colour and a dense hazelnut-coloured head. It displays a light roasted scent and the aroma of burnt sugar. Olfactory perception gives way to taste: in the mouth, all these sensations return accompanied by a not very evident herbal note, which emerges in an educated, extremely pleasant and shy manner leaving a silky touch on the tongue. Another sip and in the finish, mixed with the liquorice root, one may find an unexpected kola nut undertone.
The Noir Stout was created for the 33rd Edition of the Bergamo Film Meeting, one of the most celebrated cinema events on an international level, for which the Brewery has been an Active Partner for four consecutive years.
