We’re excited to introduce the third incarnation of one of our most cherished stouts. Since its original creation in 2017, we’ve been fine-tuning the recipe for this delicious black beer made with rye and coconut.

We’ve crafted this stout using a blend of 8 different malts, 4 of which are roasted, with 15% being rye and chocolate rye malt. To this, we’ve added a subtle infusion of coconut.

The result is a robust and dense beer with a profoundly complex flavour profile. Coco Chango delights with intense cocoa flavours, complemented by notes of spiced bread and a hint of coconut shell.

Excelente cerveza.

Can shared at tasting. Opaque black color, small beige head. Aroma is malts, dark toasted malts, sweetish. Flavor is malts, dark malts, cocos only lightly (fortunately) and again sweetish, though not over the top. Quite nice.
