66cl Bottle at UDRBM. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of brett, sourness, green apples, lemon. Flavour is sour, lemon, funk, light sour/tart finish. Very lightbodied, even thin at times, but very refreshing. Ideal summer beer.

Swift ($8): Pours a hazy pale yellow with a nicely sustained white head. Aroma is of citrus, spice, yeast, and wheat. Taste is sour. Indeed, it is quite sour for a witbier, but from what I understand, that is a hallmark of the brewery. Anyway, spice with Belgian yeast. Citrus flavors are complicated and multifarious. Quite a good brew. Very happy to have tried this.

Bottle: Pours a glistening pale yellow with lots of bubbles and a thin white head. Aroma is dry and bready with yeast and florals. Kinda dull and malty overall. Tastes much better with a clean, crisp wheat and citrus flavor. Some orange peel and light amounts of yeast. A little lemon. Very mild.

Medium white head. Hazy pale yellow body. Vinegary barnyard aroma with mealy apple and paper notes. Dry-acidic wheaty vinegary barnyard and flour taste with citric notes. Thinnish body. Mealy mouthfeel. Very dry mealy spicy apple aftertaste with vinegar and honey notes. Quite nice, and if you like this sort of thing it might even be very good. Delicate and balanced. (0.75l bottle, Systembolaget, Stockholm.)

Tap at Swift. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Lightly bready and malty, the aroma also holds notes of citrus fruit, spices, yeast, wheat and slight barnyard funk. Flavor is modestly sweet, with more citrus and spice notes and faint hops. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes lightly hoppy and spicy. Very good stuff.

On tap at the Ann Arbor cafe. Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is a funky citrus tartness. Flavor is similar, with the funky citrus tartness becoming very lemony with some light spices. Clean finish. I like this as kind of a "pure" example of the Jolly Pumpkin house flavor.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellowish golden colour. Medium white head. Aroma is sour and acidic along with wheat and yeast. Flavour is sour and slightly acidic wheat, yeast and spices. I could believe this actually was Belgian.
