12 oz bottle from Pantanap, Thanks Kan! Nose of tartness, yeast, apples, and spices; Hazy yellow with a medium yellowish head; flavor of mild lemony tartness, bready yeast, and the coriander. Body is medium-light with a slightly tart finish. Pretty good!

This is a really nice white ale. Alot of protein in this one, as the ginormous head adopted a pointed meringue of a peak and held it forever. Appropriately cloudy yellow-gold. Nice aroma, not strong, but distinctive with lots of coriander, just a touch of orange peel, and maybe a hint of lemon - there was also a fresh dough note in the background. Flavor surprisingly dry from front to back, with the coriander being restrained in favor of a light citrus punch and mild tartness. Finish was dry and semi-clean. Almost creamy palate. Interesting and well done witbier.

12 oz bottle. This is hardly recognizable as a wit, and that is ok. The aroma has lots of spice, yeast, and light barnyard weirdness. Looks great, nearly a gusher. The foam is very long lasting and get thin but leaves a tall layer on top of the beer. Lots of sediment settled in the bottom of the glass. One of the best looking beers I have ever seen. Taste is of summer. Fresh fruit, lots of citrus and lightly sour like a biere de garde. Refreshing; I probably should be drinking this on a hot day.

Light hazy yellow. Slightly woody, leathery on the top of the spice. Tart, fairly bland, wheaty. Not much to say.

Pours hazy gold into a tumbler. Fluffy white medium-sized head with good retention. Orange and lemon notes. Brett upfront with a sour lemon dry finish. Very refreshing.

Bottle courtesy of Thebeercellar2 : Pour a yellow ale with some white haze and a big foamy head with perfect retention. Aroma of brettanomyces was overly dominant and left little space for the coriander and orange peel that were advertised on the label. Taste is also dominated by the brettanomyces with some hints of coriander and wheat. Body is definitely above average for the style and that made it pretty enjoyable. I’m not sure what to make of this beer since I’m not sure the brett was planned to be there but it didn’t stop my enjoyment of the beer.

Clear medium yellow body with a puffy white head. Lemony aroma with some bread dough and a touch of Belgian funkyness. Spritzy, with some tartness. Sweetness that fades seamlessly into a lingering dryness.

Bottle. Sour, musty wheat aroma. Light yellow with giant head and high effervescence. Light dry orange and musty flavor with spice tones in the finish - coriander and vanilla. Probably the driest witbier available - tastewise closer to a saison or lambic. A very nice tasting beer but if you’re expecting a taste like Hoegaarden, you’re going to be disappointed.

Cloudy blond color. Citrusy aroma (lemon). Thin body, light wheat character, citrusy, dry, very light astringency. Correct bitterness.

An unclear yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet spicy - with ginger being quite strong. The flavor is very carbonated with notes of spices - again strong notes of ginger, but also lesser notes of coriander, leading to a dry end. Less carbonation would do this beer good.
