Oh my, the first taste is so satisfying, much better than expected. Such a fine lovely beauty, great texture and an almost puckering flavor. No nonsense here, just good old fun wild beer flavor. Approaches some of the finer gueze lambics I've done and its much less expensive. Now I'm looking at the label; over 7% ? NO WAY! Hides the alky very well. I'm liking this, should have got a sixpack! Near the end, I'm getting just a tad bitterness, that may be coming from the oak, not sure but overall this was a treat fer sure! Great job there JP!
