very dark almost black. arge slightly fizzy brown head that seems to grow smaller a bit faster than a really smooth head would.
aroma of chocolate cake witt toffee , or a toffee chocolate ice cream, roasted malts and coffee. very nice dessert like aroma, but you can still sense the roasted malts and coffee notes. well blended, ronded. balanced even though very dessert like. low on bitter caramel. aroma a bit like toblerone perhaps.
flavor is bourbon, roasted malts, coffee, honey, chocolate, bite from the booze. really good flavor also, balanced, very very sweet - but it somehow manages to hold that sweetness well. some of the sweetness is from the bourbon. good sipper dessert beer, but i think most of us will drink this slowly bc of the very sweet nature of the brew.

On tap at Stigbergets Fot. Black with tan head. Roasted, chocolate, some bourbon, quite sweet, bit sticky. Medium to full bodied.

On keg at Crow Inn in Sheffield - opaque black body with a rich tan head. Big boozy nose, chocolate, liquorice, sweet toffee, coffee, and caramel. Lush mouthfeel, oily, luxurious.
