Crisp, clean, bright. Fantastic bitter grassy hops. Cereals are satisfying and solid. Medium to high bitterness. Great stuff.

Can 35.5cl. from Biermeisje @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear pale golden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, adhesive lacing. Aroma biscuit malt, grain, lemon, citrus peel, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, biscuit, grain, light lemon, light earthy notes. Light to medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, mild malty sweetbitter aftertaste, metallic notes, grassy and crisp, not your typical Kölsch, pleasnt 'bite', nice.

Floral lemongrass, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet floral lemongrass, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grass/lemon peel flavor. Good body.
