Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, umiarkowanej obfitości i trwałości. W aromacie słodowość, lekki diacetyl. W smaku nieco mocniejszy diacetyl, słodowe, dość pełne. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie i ciało w normie, pijalne, brak nut chmielowych. Poprawny, standardowy czeski pils.

Keg at mother Kelly’s. A clear dull pale yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is really grainy, diacetyl, honey, hint of apple. Flavour is si sweet malts, honey, apple, mineral. Sweet malts. Palate is medium sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation. Ok.

Il gusto al naso finisce sull’orzo. L’intensità olfattiva è flebile e la persistenza olfattiva è corta. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. Le bollicine sono grandi. La carbonazione è bassa. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Le bollicine sono poche e grandi. La carbonazione è praticamente piatta. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è snello. Il dolce è medio. L’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è leggera e la persistenza gustativa è corta. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. Il retrogusto è leggero. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di cereali.

From tap in a cellar restaurant in Brno with TO 05.10.15. Clear, pale golden. Persistent white head. Fruity and floral hop aroma. Unfresh taste, with wet cardboard and boiled vegetables. A waterish eurolager.

Pours a clear yellow golden, covered by a decent white frothy head. Mild aroma, grassy hops some very gentle grains. Taste is characetrized by moderate bitterness, grassy with slightly sourish feel to it. Nice, crisp, refreshing, drinkable. Decent one.
