Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, light to moderate hoppy, fresh grass, green grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with an off-white head. Quite citrusy nose, just a touch of pale malts in the back. The flavor too is on the hoppy side, with some pale malts. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. An honest beer that is too one dimensional to be interesting. Won’t refuse to have it again though. 110319

Bottle @ Denmark/Norway Tasting @ Ulfborg 2011. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours clear golden with a frothy egg white head. Nose is fruity and tart. Some lemon, dust, and grain. Medium to thin body.

bouteille 50cl. Dorée, blanche. Arôme de malt pils et de fleur houblon, qcq touche de caramel, le palais tout comme le nez reste insignifiant, sec en bouche avec qcq notes de blé, pétillant au fini, le goût présente cet aspect métallique des pils tchèques, Le tout reste fleuri pqr le houblon qui donne aussi une fine qpproche fruitée.
