This crisp pilsner is reminiscent of a traditional German style but with a dry hop that lends notes of pear, sweet white bread and grass. It’s easy drinking with a gentle mouthfeel and medium haze. A mild creaminess transitions to slight carbonation and a dry overall body, finishing clean with hints of pine, hay, and lemon peel.

Can from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, with a small white head. Aroma is slightly muddled, nice hops, but they are not very crisp,. Very green, hop, comes, herbal, light citrus. Medium carb, light to medium bitterness.
