A Turkish Delight Pastry Stout, inspired by the lyrical & irreverent beer reviewer, Melancholy Pryce. Her poetic, raunchy reviews, always bring a smile to our faces, whether she’s enjoying the beer or not. Our Per sian Stout is one of her favourite beers, so we’ve brewed an Imperial version as a liquid ode to our favourite beer princess.

Sweet-ish fruity and roasty, chocolately, dark malty and minimally floral aroma, notes of red jelly, raspberry, some plum, notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, jelly filled lebkuchen, whiffs of rose petals. Slightly creamy, viscous texture, cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, sweet and heavy - a should-be-shared sipper ,
