First brewed in 2010. A beer brewed according to the original recipe of the 16th century beer masters of Bavaria. The Weiss Damm is a type of beer in which the yeast does not filter (hefe-weissbier), which gives it a cloudy and pale yellow appearance. An aspect that led to it being popularly baptized with the name of "Weissbier", white beer.

Bottled 330ml (Stockmann Tallinn, BB 05/2012, alc. 4.8 %)
Hazy-murky yellow color, small white head. Aroma has wheaty-banana, but in the first sniff there was some leafy green hoppyness. Also yeasty, candyish. Light to medium bodied. Certainly German hefeweizen. Glueish overriped banana, cardboard and citrus. Quite short-living finish. Boring.

Bottle. Murky orange, big bubbles, low head. Light orange notes, a bit kiwi and banana as well. The fruit salad has a bit Cardemom sprikled on top. Fizzy mouthfeel, yeasty aftertaste.

Bottle 33cl. Murky ambar beer with a durable off white head. Smells to malt, wheat and citrus The taste is yeasty and malty, very light to consider it a wheat beer. Soft body and soft carbonation. Final a little bit watery.

330 ml bottle. Hazy, pale yellow/golden body with a white head. Quite mild but refreshing fruity wheat aroma with yeast. Flavor is light and fresh wheat, banana, yeast and light spicy. Typical to style, but a bit to weak and not particular exiting. Medium body and decent quaffable.

Bottle from El Corte Ingles, Bilbao. Had this at Mundaka campsite, Basque Country, Northern Spain sat outside Frank (camper) 08.07.11 Pours hazy orange amber with white head, this certainly looks the part. Wheaty on the nose and then I get rather peculiarly a whiff of Heinz Cream of Tomato soup, this isn’t a bad smell in my mind as I rather like that aroma but it is there and even when Loz smells it she notices this to. Taste is fine, actually it is quite decent, soft at first with a wheatiness coming through, touch watery at times, some citrus, I like this beer one of my favourites thus far on holiday. Bottled. Cloudy golden, lively head. Fruity banana aroma. Sweet and syropy with sloppy, unfirm mouthfeel and medium body. Some overripe mashed banana, no bitterness. Commercial weizens are just marginally better than commercial lagers.
