Bottle from Tesco. Paler golden coloured with a small carbonation. Has a light hop character and is tasty for it, including a good aroma. A touch dry in its texture this is more than palatable stuff.

Bottle from ?Jacks? Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, Wednesday 30th April consumed at home Sunday 5th May 2014 Crystal clear gold heading maybe to a lighter dark straw colour, with white sheen of bubbles. Fairly safe golden ale, a little minerally maltiness, soft mouthfeel, the cascade are not really asserting themselves, I guess they have been used sparingly. Some biscuit in the mouth, a little metallic twang, its ok. A5 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 2.9

50cl bottle from Waitrose, Bracknell. Pale gold with a ring of white head; spicy aroma; typical Shep taste - peppery, biscuity body, Kentish hops; then a warming, but rather metallic finish.
