Annex's Conservation Brew #4 is the Burrowing Owl. NEIPA. Generously hopped with Amarillo and CItra, this little doozy gives big notes of pineapple and lemon.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy blonde with a small, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, lemon, pineapple, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, lemon pith, honeydew melon, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Fairly bitter for a NEIPA, but still decent.
