Bottle, 70cl. (#14) Opened 11 weeks past its BB-date, but that didn’t seem to mess it up. Søkildegaard tends to give it’s beers short shelf life, probably thinking better safe than sorry. It pours quite clear, but there’s sediments in the bottle, with a golden-orange color and a small, off-white head. The aroma has a lovely fruityness, pineapple and other tropical fruits, sweetness and some pale malt. The flavor is hoppy, with tropical fruits, pine, some sweetness and a good bitterness, finishing with pineapples and bitterness. Medium to full body. I like this brewery more and more, and the brewer sure seems to know what he’s doing. (071027)

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices and elderberries. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of spices and elderberries - reminding me of Columbus hops, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. Thanks to Papsø for sharing.

(Bottle 70 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with a nice, white head. Very fresh, citrusy nose. Medium body with dry, clean notes of pilsener malt and very fresh citrusy accents with an edge of elder flower. Dry and lightly hoppy bitterness in the finish. Yet another surprisingly well crafted beer from this tny enterprise. 270707
