On tap at the brewpub. Dark, golden-orange body, hazy, with a small, beige to off-white head. It had a sweet, caramel nose with coriander and some wheat, but the aroma should be more pronounced. Sweetness and caramel in the flavor as well, with hints of banana, and a weak note of rubber in this wheat beer as well. Same as in Hvede Trine. Medium body. Hoppy bitterness in the finish, and some caramel too. Quite nice, luckily the rubber is not as evident as in Trine, but it shouldn’t be there. Rating: 5-4-6-3-12-3.0. (070926)
On tap at the brewpub. Orange-brown, hazy beer wtih a beige head of medium size. Nice lacings. Caramel-sweet on the nose, roasted bordering smoked, some wheat and a little citrus and banana. Caramel, wheat, banana, some citrus and a touch of bitterness in the mouth, medium body and low on carbonation. Finishes as it started. Quite pleasant and quaffable and this years reciepe makes a better brew than last years. (081022)

(Hand bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Hazy, dark, amber golden with an off-white head. Lightly sweetish caramel nose. Medium body, lightly sweet, roasted malt with a weird plastic-like edge - sort of a flavour of old ice cubes. The finish is lightly bitter. Poor example of a wheat beer. 051007

50 cL handbottled, thanks to yngwie. Pour hazy deep orange/brown with a little lacing head. Somewhat herbal and wheaty aroma. Slight caramel flavour with a wheaty softness and note. Ends only vaguely bitter but with a persisting maltiness. Somewhat atypical, but works okay - decent brew.
