50 cL bottle, thanks to Papsø. Pours amber, slight hazy, with a decent light brown head. Somewhat acidic and slight caramel malty nose, a bit old. Carbonated and prickling mouthfeel. Flavour is caramel malty, slight on the darker side. Has some smoke like notes from the malt. Finish is dry bitter with some minor chocolate like notes. 5 months over bbd, still quite good.

Bottled. It pours a copper, clear-looking body with a nice, dense, beige head. Roastiness, peat, malt and caramel makes the nose. There’s hops, smoke, roastiness and malt in the flavor. Medium body and a finish with smoke. A quite nice, pleasant ale. (070413)

(bottle, thanks to Papsoe!) Hazy, ruby colour with a medium-sized beige foamy head. Light-sweet roasted malty nose with cacao, caramel and liquorice. Roast-malty taste, slightly burnt with caramel and liquorice, medium to light bodied, pleasant carbonation; dry, bitter-sweet finish

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with a sharp edge from a light acidity and something burnt - is it the malt? but also a grassy hop note. The flavor is sweet malty and nutty with a slight edge of acidity and some grass, leading to a dry bitter end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, nutty brown with a beige head. Discreet aroma of roasted malt and caramel. Medium body with sweetish notes of roasted malt and nuts - perhaps with a lightly burned edge. A lightly bitter finish. Very flavourfull considering the fairly low alcohol. 281006
