On tap at the brewpub. Golden-yellow -orange colour with a white head. Aroma is coriander, malt, citrus, banana. Flavour is coriander, banana, orange, citrus, spices. Medium body. OK beer.

Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast, citrus and weak hint of coriander. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy, yellow beer with a minimal sized white head. The aroma is somewhere in the middle of weiss and wit, banana, citrus, some spices and pale mash. The same goes for the flavor, with a faint bitterness and sourness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, pretty boring, but drinkable. 130413

Bottled. An unclear orange-golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat and citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat and a very perfumy note of citrus as well as some spices, leading to a smooth dry bitter wheaty finish. Not special in anyway. Thanks to MadsBerg for hauling this home to me from Skagen.

CBF07 Sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with a lacing head. Aroma is very wheaty and slight citric. Flavour of wheat with a distinct bitter and sourness making the finish dry.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very cloudy golden with a dense and stable, white head. Lightly sweet aroma - coriander? - although I’m not sure this spice is actually added. Medium body with a very smooth mouthfeel, lightly acidic citris notes while the finish is dry. 030407
